These terms apply to this Droyo preview site and early-access waitlist.

Joining the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. A waitlist signup does not guarantee access on a particular date, a permanent account, a specific feature, or specific pricing. We may open access in stages while Droyo is tested and improved.

Launch communications

When you submit the form, you request Droyo updates by email and SMS using the contact information you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. These communication terms are also described in the form disclosure and our Privacy Notice.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit someone else’s contact information without permission, automate abusive submissions, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Preview information

Product descriptions on this site explain Droyo’s intended early-access experience. Features, availability, supported platforms, and designs may change as development continues. We will provide the terms that govern the full product before paid or general access.

Intellectual property

The Droyo name, brand, site design, and original content belong to Droyo or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Droyo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok.

Disclaimer and liability

The preview site and waitlist are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Droyo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this preview site.

Changes

We may update these waitlist terms as the product develops. The effective date at the top will show when they last changed.
