Privacy Notice

This notice explains what Droyo collects through the early-access page and how we use it.

Effective September 13, 2026

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address and phone number you provide along with the time of your signup.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the Droyo waitlist, send product and launch updates, deliver early-access invitations, and prevent abuse.

Email and SMS choices

By joining, you request launch updates by email and SMS. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to an SMS to opt out and HELP for help. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method when email updates begin.

How information is shared

We use service providers to host the page, store waitlist records, and deliver communications. At launch, Supabase stores waitlist submissions and GitHub Pages hosts the site. We do not sell your email address or phone number.

Retention and security

We keep waitlist information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and legitimate security needs. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We do not knowingly collect waitlist submissions from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this notice as Droyo develops. The effective date at the top will show when it last changed.
